Employee data clause

Clause for documents containing employees’ personal data.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that your personal data will be included in our processing system for the purpose of managing our employment relationship. It will be kept for as long as that relationship lasts or for the time needed to meet our legal obligations, and we process it on the basis of the performance of an employment contract.

Your data may be disclosed to companies providing occupational risk prevention and employment advisory services, in order to meet legal obligations towards Social Security and the tax authorities and to ensure the proper running of the company’s human resources.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@taisevents.com or by post to Traductoras, Azafatas, Intérpretes, Secretarias S.L.
