We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
How long we keep your data
For as long as the business or employment relationship lasts, until you ask us to delete it, or for 1 year from your last confirmation of interest; thereafter, for the periods required to meet our legal obligations.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting).
- Resend (sending form submissions and job applications, including any attached CV, by email).
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Maps).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (USA). Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@taisevents.com or to our postal address, enclosing proof of identity.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
