Promoting sustainability and responsibility is more necessary every day in every sector, including events. At TAIS Events we don’t only care about providing the best event staff in Barcelona: we also care about the environmental impact of what we do. Here is what we do to build a greener future.
Environmental good practice manual
We believe in leading by example. That’s why we have introduced an environmental good practice manual for our staff, with guidelines to reduce their carbon footprint and minimise the impact of each event — for example, by using public transport to travel to and from work.
Carbon footprint calculation
Committed to transparency, we give our clients a results report that includes the carbon footprint: the kilograms of CO₂ emitted by each team member while doing their job. This shows emissions per person, whether the team grows or shrinks.
Promoting public transport
We always encourage our staff to use public transport and, for each event, give them detailed information on the nearest options.
Online documents and electronic communication
To reduce paper use and waste, we send all documents to our staff through digital platforms: our communication is 100% online.
